Holidays of Hope
For families and children served by Family Tree, the holidays can be an anxious and stressful time - for kids separated from their families, women seeking safety from domestic violence, and families who desperately need housing. With your help, we can brighten the holidays for our neighbors in need.
One of Bicycle Longmont’s most popular and long-running events, the Kids Holiday Bike Program is an opportunity for Longmont residents to donate used bicycles to kids who need them. The program has helped more than 250 youth. Since 2016, the Kids Holiday Bike Program has partnered with @LPMSBIKESHOP, a middle school bike shop program at Longs Peak Middle School. Bikes can be dropped off at any Longmont fire station from September though the end of November.
There With Care
Holiday Care Programs 2020
As the holidays are approaching, many There With Care families are facing the new challenges of a reduced income as often one parent has to quit their job to care for their sick child. The additional stresses of providing gifts or preparing a meal between treatments can make the holidays a particularly challenging time.
Share - A - Gift
Share–A–Gift is an all-volunteer, secular annual holiday project that distributes children’s toys, books, games, puzzles, and bicycles for low-income families in the area of Colorado’s Boulder Valley School District.
This year, 2020, due to Covid-19, our Toy Collection happens ONLY on November 28 and December 5, 2020 at a Drive-Thru Contactless Donation Dropoff.
A Precious Child
Providing a gift to a child in need during celebratory life events allows them to experience the joys of childhood, give them hope for the future, as well as experiencing a sense of normalcy during a time in their life that is anything but normal.

DAV - Disabled American Veterans
Ways to Give
For nearly a century, DAV has fought for veterans. Last year alone we impacted the lives of over 1 million veterans in life-changing ways. We couldn’t assist any veterans without the generosity of caring individuals who share our mission of supporting those who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms. Here are some of the ways you can help our nation’s ill and injured heroes.
