The Workforce Center staff works by phone and online, one-on-one, with job seekers and businesses as well as offers online classes to assist in developing skills for job searching.

Colorado Family Life Center

Offers "earn while you learn" classes to prepare teenage and first-time parents. Class attendance earns Mommy money and or or Daddy dollars which can be used to acquire baby supplies for children under the age of 3, priority is given to parents under 30 years old. Both fathers and mothers are welcome and encouraged to attend. We are located in Northeast Aurora and serve families in the Denver metro area. CFLC provides a safe and comfortable environment where parents can learn, earn, grow, and thrive.

Mission is to create employment opportunities and provide job training for members of our community seeking to rebuild from addictions, homelessness, and incarceration. Participants receive job readiness skills, life skills, basic need resources, hands-on training, and supported future job search.
