All calls and texts are connected to a mental health professional who will provide immediate support; as well as, connections to further resources, including linkage to the closest walk-in crisis center or dispatch of the mobile crisis unit. Open 24/7. Services include confidential, in-person support, information and referrals to anyone in need. The center is available to those in need of direct services or those seeking to help engage another person in services; whether the crisis is substance-use related, psychiatric or both. Emergency assessment and treatment for those with suicidal thoughts and other mental health concerns provided also.

Second Wind Fund believes that every child and youth at risk of suicide should have access to the mental health treatment they need. We match children and youth at risk for suicide with licensed therapists in their communities. If a financial or social barrier to treatment is present, we pay for up to 12 sessions of therapy from one of our specialized network providers. Our unique program helps referred youth discover hope and healing in their lives.
